Plugin for Ca-imaging
Dear all, I looking for a plugin to analyse Ca-imaging data, recently I checked the main plugin pages - without success.
What the plugin should do: I have a stack of 3000 slides/pictures (ratio pictures) and I would like to make upto 100 ROI´s/circles (encircling the neurons)of the same size, from this ROIs ImageJ should calculate the relative intensity, futhermore a plot should be generated, and from the traces (lines of intensity values) the maxima (including rise time, amplitude, decay time) should be calculated. I am wondering that I could not find such a plugin, because I think many scientists may use it. Who can help? I appreciate for any suggestions.
