Please tell me how this type of pnemonia is contracted. My husband has been in ICU for 6 days now with pnemonia and on ventilator. His cultures came back this evening as enterbactor. I am very confused at what I am reading. We just flew back from a 2 wk vacation in Florida, where he was fine. 4 days later, upon our return, he was admitted to hospital. Any information would be appreciated.
