Please, i search my sequence with Ab1 program, i found bases in the reigon with back ground gry and also on back ground pink, can i use both bases in reigon with back ground gry and pink in sequence or not.
also, the sample was very good at agarose gel but when do sequencing gave negative result what's the reasons please.
