Please explain the CP circuit of an Mag, anode and a steel pipeline in earth . The P|S potential for the steel reads -0.60v ( cucuso4 ref cell) and the Mag anode reads -1.65v

Note: when I attach the meter to the anode (-)and cathode ( + ) it reads1.065v

When connected through a .01 shunt I have a mv read of 1.35mv ( 200mv scale) or 135ma...I think

What is the EMF of the circuit. And how is it explained
