In our country Sea Scouting has been started particularly in Palawan-Puerto Princesa Council. The Philippine Coast Guard helps us in our trainings. But we do not know yet how we are going to be connected with the other sea scouts all over the world. Remember we are all scouts and we have the Badge of World Brotherhood. so, we should be connected with each other.
