Pen beach is such a lovely area which seems to be underused
and then probably mostly by locals. The area obviously benefits from visitors etc: Has an area for naturists ever been considered? As the area is very open, this will deter the usual voyeur,call 'em what you wish, moron, etc. Better still if the "set aside" is monitored. Most naturists would be glad to pay a reasonable fee to access a patrolled, safe area and free from those that would discredit a natural activity. Come on Pen -- give it serious thought and let the town benefit from the extra spenders that would come into the town!
