Being that Hugh J Schonfield the author of the book is my great grandfather, I understand fully what the book is about and how it should be interpreted. I am brought up as a Christian however I am swayed towards the opinion of Hugh. I believe that jesus did plan his death and knew exactly what he was up against e.g the Romans and the temple. But anyone who believes that he is the son of God is sorely mistaken, he is a normal human being no more special than anyone else. He is also dellusional to think that he is the son of God. jesus is waht we would call modern megla maniac.
