Yes, it is the problem every where around the word because overpopulation is increase of population while the resources do not fit the need of population ,hence it can led to the increase of crimes and disasters ,in order to decrease or to eliminate overpopulation education based on family plan should provided to different groups of people

This planet can hold 5,000,000,000 human beings, and it is evident we are in danger for surpassing that amount. People overcrowd a place over time and history shows diseases, war or starvation does reduce population. When the economy is good people get to busy to have many kids.
The USA is below 0 population growth, the only reason it is growing is because of immigration.
See less taxes on business and less control over drilling means a better economy and a better economy means lower population growth.

Then only people who want to have large families have them Morons, conservative Christians and some catholic but most people will not have large families so we can can have 0 population growth world wide by creating more freedom and less government control.

Control population by simple reducing governments

Limit childbirth will never happen here not as long as we have the 2nd amendment to protect us.

Were you ever sitting in a traffic jam and looking at all the cars and thinking, wow, this is just 1 city in the country. Think of all the cars and oil being burned in the whole world. How can even the most uneducated person about overpopulation not see there's something wrong?
