Our Proffesor performed an experiment in lab on Tuesday.First we did the mass of pre and post 1982 pennies.He then did an experiment without us really seeing him do it.What happenend was the first penny was shiny and gold the second penny reacted to NaOH and I believe heat.The second penny was gold but it folded not completely but it did change it wasn't flat anymore.We are all quite confused because it wasn't explained to us what he did exactly.Does anybody know what was done?
