On an episode a material was used to seal electrical boxes in the walls of a Townhouse that theywere trying to reduced the noise transmission from connecting units. The material was blue in color and was formed by hand around the backs and sides of the electrical boxes before the dry wall was put up. I live in Ohio and was wondering where this material would be available?
