On Tuesday 29th March I handed over 30 euros for a Bono card at the office in Las Americas bus station. Did not check card value unfortunately, and when used on Thursday 31st March, I realised I had been conned and had been given a 12 euro card instead !!! What a scam !!! I buy regularly and never happened before.
Returned on Friday 1st April and the same guy was not on, and the guy on duty suddenly had limited English !!! Asked to see a manager and "non comprendez".
Any way to resolve ????
