Okay my question is sorta complicated so bear with me on this okay and hopefully someone can give me an answer. Here it is I know someone whom had to renew their passport for the British Kingdom and it was renewed in November of last year but it has an expiration date of 2016 instead of the usual ten year period. They are only half British so not sure if this would make a difference on such I doubt it would but am wondering why they only get a five year renewal on such?Thank you for your help.
