Okay, I am pretty far in the book, about chapter 17, and I am sooo confused! Was Mr. Griffin really David's dad? Is Susan really falling for Mark? When will he try to burn her house down? Why? And why does Mrs. Griffin save her, when she knows that she had a part in her husband's death? I need help, can anyone provide assistance?

I can't come straight out and say that Griffin was David's dad, because the book doesn't say so. But from what we can guess he is David's dad. Susan is falling for Mark (for now). Mrs. Griffin's motherly instincts kicked in for Susan's sake, when she realized that Susan was just being dragged along. These are my guesses.

Ahhhh, thanks. I can see that, but I still wish that there was an epiloge to help, one that lets us see them in the future

Yeah it is anybody's guess about what happened after these things, so in a sense we are all right with any guesses we've made.

Okay then, here's alittle writing project for both of you, if you could write the futures of every (main) character, what would happen? What would they do? What would their sentences be? How would they turn out? and so forth, until you have ur epiloge completed
