I am a retired u.s. army officer, military police, Major. This past spring I met a Sgt. Jason Trotter of the Queensland Police Service, while staying in a recreational vehicle park in Roswell, New Mexico,USA. He was on vacation, touring the U.S.A. with his family. Before he left, he gave me several of your uniform patches. I told him I would trade them to police departments around the old west, and send them to him. I have the patches from several of the departments with a rich OLD WEST story behind their departments. Unfortunately, I never received an e mail from Officer Trotter, so I have no way to send them to him. He said he was a Sergeant assigned to one of the regions. Probably around the coast, because he said he and his family spent a lot of time on the beach. I feel sure he is in a patrol division, because he said he worked a lot of extra details. My only motivation for trying to reach him is to send him the patch collection I said I would gather for him. After two attempts to go through official e mail channels for the department, I am at a lose to find him. If you know how to get a message to him, I would sincerely appreciate the help.

Hi,

Funnily enough I work with Sgt Jason Trotter (although he has never been accused of being a "worker" before) with the QLD police at the Beenleigh Watchhouse. He still has a business card that you gave him so I am confident it is the right one. His home email is trotterj1@bigpond.com, I have should him you message and he is really looking forward to your reply, and he apologises for the delay in communication. If you have no luck with his email, you can forward it to my email and I will forward it on. monostewart@hotmail.com.

regards
