My social housing landlord is called Plymouth Community Homes (PCH). I am currently being ‘officially’ harassed by the PCH Head of Customer Services, Mrs Angie Edwards-Jones. In a crazy paranoiac manner. Mrs Edwards Jones’ harassment of me is in the form of her sending me either hand-delivered or recorded-delivery letters demanding that I contact no other member of staff within Plymouth Community Homes regarding my complaint of harassment and hate crime from my downstairs neighbour 13 months ago.
