Anna Maria - MINE TOO. I was told by the company who sold these to me that I did not have to bring them inside during the winter, but the first winter, and maybe the second, I did. But they LIED because, like yours, mine have developed cracks in both sides, along the seat and now look horrible. They advertise these to be so durable BUT THE ARE NOT. And mine are only 5 years old, half as old as yours. So I am pretty p-o'd to have paid over $700 per chair, and they are in NO WAY as durable as they were advertised and promised to be. Mine are at an oceanfront vacation home, and my furniture has to look top quality, and these are a real disappointment - not durable, not stain resistant, not really reliable as outdoor furniture. I will get TEAK next time.
