My name is Lewis Michael Kauraka Dan, I know my family are from Rarotonga & Manihiki and I remember being told a little about the writer Kauraka Kauraka by family members. I am planning to get a tattoo using traditional methods but am struggling to find a tribal sign or pattern that is particular to my family/family name. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

This is so random.....Hey Lewis my name is Mary Jane Kauraka and i don't know if you remeber me but im a cousin of yours your dad and my dad are first cousins. In regards to traditional tattoo's i can email you some pics of the boys tattoo's i think where we come from (manihiki)the traditional tattoo from there is a shark or something like that i think patrick has a shark or a hook on his shoulder blade ill have to double check that one... :)
