My mother had this test done 5 days ago, she is 72 and a hypochondriac. Whatever information the NURSE gave her that might happen in a worst case scenerio, she hopes will happen. This is for attention and she is making it happen from gagging to complaining about kneck pain etc. she has it all. She has laid and slept in an easy chair for 5 days now, I might have pain also. She is still refusing to eat and move around, saying that the nurse told her it might take weeks and she needs to rest. The paper they sent home with her said some mild bloating for 2-3 days and some stomach discomfort was normal for a couple of days. Her other symptoms that the NURSE told her might happen? Who knows if tis is true? I suspect not but who knows. She is drinking and not dehydrated. Should she get moving?
