My grandson plays on a 5th grade traveling team in illinois. We were at a tounament this past weekend and when our team was shooting free throws the other team was very loudly saying igot the shooter and i got #13 and so on. this was done very obviouly to distract our shooter. when i questioned the referee he said they do it in college. my question is this permitted at this level of play?
