COOLMACDADDY
My grandfather was a merchant seaman from the years 1939 thru 2 1945 and was known as an engeneier,who used to stoke the coal 4 the ships in the wartime he lived in blacktown n.s.w.and allways spent 6 months on the ship then 6 months off,he recieved 4 war medals and was born in challis house in martin place,as his proud grandson i would love 2 know more of his records etc ,where he travelled as he died on one of the ships and its been kept hush hush as they say with my aunties which i have 3 of my mother her twin and there eldest sister he died in 1980 im pretty sure and his name was Mr Robert Thomas Allen,thank u 4 your kind help and ill be eagerly awaiting your reply,yours sincerly Mr Colin Mcdonald as my mum and Allen married a Mr Clifford colin Mcdonald,once again thank you so much.
