My friends parents are both legal citizens in the USA and they are from Mexico. However, the daughter has tried to become legal many of years and has been denied. My friend is in her forty and does not date or have any children. How can my friend receive a passport to go visit her family in Mexico without being told she will get held back to stay in Mexico?
