My freind is the manager of a sex shop in Devon in the UK recently a daycare opened next door to his shop. Since the opening of the daycare children have been going into his shop and often refuse to leave. This is an ongoing problem for him. Does his shop have any rights in this situation or any laws to protect him? I am grateful for any answers.
