My computer doesnt have any physically serial port.How can I emulate or simulate signals transferring between two software applications using COM1 and COM2?

You can use virtual serial port kit software that creates a pair of virtual serial ports . these two ports are connected virtually null modem. so you can send data from the application is connected to one port and receive data in the other com port end.
