My child was supposed to attend a high school in New York but she left the state and attended a school in another state. She was discharged from the New York school in Sept. '09 and I had to bring her back home. I'm trying to get her into the school that is 4 blocks way which she is zoned for but they are telling me that she has to go to the school she was discharged from. I have one child attending the school that is closest to my house now. I need the both of them to attend the same school for safety reasons. How do I go about getting her into the school closest to my home with my other child.
