My cat simon was born feral and so I know little of his ancestory.He seems to have a abit of sable color when laying in a sunny spot yet he's mostly black.He's got hints of white on his underside and at his breastplate with hints of white hairs coming from his inner ears.He is talkative,affectionate to me only,loves sleeping on me and wrapping his legs around and across my chest.Nuzzles between my chin and neck as he sleeps.I feel quite sure he could be a bombay but no description speaks of any white fibers in their coats.I've seen listings of so called bombays that actually look calico and this really adds to my confusion to what bombay characteristics are.I have read about the bombay and know as I explained that simon seems to fit except the few white hairs.Can you tell me if he's still considered a true bombay then?I really love him and it's more about defining his background and character issues.
