My Mother and Dad gave my brother a life estate deed to their property for when they both passed but Dad passed and Mother rewrote her will and wants to give the property to the youngest boy. Is this possible, when Dad died we gave Mother, Letters Testamentary to be over Dad's estate and we are thinking she can give the property to whom she wishes since the property should have gone to her at Dad's death. We live in Texas, a community property state.

My brother took my Mom and Dad to the lawyer when Dad was 85 yrs old and I feel like he was "talked into doing it my brothers way" by force.

I did not know anything about the deed until 2008 and my brother sent me a copy of it in the mail. Dad died in 1999.
Well now I am Mother's POA and Executor of her will and I feel like I need to know what is going to happen when I have to have Mother's will probated.
Mother is now 91 1/2 yrs old and in poor health, she just 3 weeks ago had a massive heart attack. Mary Ann Archer
