My Family names that are said to be associated with 1600's Amsertdam are Uziel and Barocas

Does anyone know any real specifics on either of these names in Amsterdam?

Also, am told that the Uziel name, in particular, was associated with Menassah Ben Israel who was instrumental in negotiating the return of the Jews to England through Oliver Cromwell.
