My Dad worked in the 50's & 60's as the first KLM Black engineer & maybe the 1st one in such a position on Curacao. He was send to different countries by KLM for work & study, such as Suriname, Mexico, Holland & Germany. One of his collagues was a certain Mr. Gilkes from Antigua who is now deceased. I do not know when my Dad retired from KLM. His name is Raphael Christian & is 82 yrs now. What do you have in the archive about my Dad? Is there an organization of senior retired KLM employees especially from Curacao or such an organization in general? Because of his knowledge, he was once airport deputy manager of Princess Juliana International Airport on St. Maarten. I will appreciate any info.
