Nashrace
As a youngster I recall goimg to Nashville Speedway with my Dad to watch races. One day Dad and I went to the track and Coo Coo asked Dad to help unload the car off the trailer. Back then the cars were not so airodynamic but Coo Coo brought a car that was tight on the wheel wells and low center gravity...I remember barely putting my fingers between the tires and the fender ( I was barely 10 then). Anyway, Coo Coo asked dad to help him watch him back the car off the trailer. The headers were close to hitting the trailer as he backed off the trailer. Dad and I sat in the stands of Nashville Speedway and watched Coo Coo Marlin race on those high banked curves. I remember some cars rolling over on those curves...never Coo Coo. Anyway...Sterling...if you see this, your Dad and you were drivers...I've been 180 in 1967 Camaro...but nothing would be more honorable than to win Daytona for the Marlins. Drive fast I can do....win takes a team. Thank you Sterling...you're the man.
