The state of merchant bridge is disgracefull. The continuing problems of lights out and the poor state of cleaning is a issue. People who live here are faces with this day in day out looking at a dirty bridge which is only half lit...i have spoken to Mike Webb who works for Peel Holdings who are responsible for the bridge. He has told me over twelve months ago that once the costings have been done this will be resolved. Nothing has been done . Please email or ring peel holdings to get this issue resolved.
