How can we apply for marriage license if both parties are working abroad? We are planning to get all documents ready before we have our vacation june 2012. Cebu Philippines temple (where we will hold the ceremony) requires photocopy of the documentss 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of marriage. we have limited time to stay in Philippines so we would like to do things ahead of time.
