Hi,
Do you think the beam of energy and light emerging from the core of M87 is like a beam of a flashlight cutting its way through a thick cloud of fog.
The glow around the core does not appear to be densely populated with stars but of gas that glows as excited by the light and jet emitted from the core.
Do you think M87 and M84 are supernova remnants like the Crab Nebula?
Thanks for your attention,
JL
