I fully agree. i recently went to the place. i asked areal-estate man and enquired about the price.he told e that on the main road it would cost 1crore.i was about to faint. but he told me that it is the present price.next year it would be 1.5 crore per ground in view of the slew of developments taking place. now 60% of adambakkam area comes under chennai corporation division 153-A. NEXT YEAR ENTIRE AREA WOULD BE UNDER CORPORATION LIMITS.tAMILNADU GOVERNMENT HAS RECENTLY ISSUED G.O TO THAT EFFECT.
