Having seen this bus on youtube video - I am keen to know more about it. How rare was it and where did it run? Watching the video I knoticed that it had the wipers of the Leyland Atlanian.. was this bus a one off, and what reasons was it made or discontinued?

Also does anyone know where the bus is located or any other information about it.
