We are immersed in gravitational fields. We are familiar with using gravitatonal energy one-time. For example, a cart rolling down a slope.

Can we Lead-Out gravitational energy continuously?

The answer is a surprising YES. If we pull a pendulum sideways, the pendulum bob will go up. There will be tension in the pendulum string.

THe Lead-Out gravitational energy is the product of the vertical component of the tension times the vertical displacement. This is very significant. Detailed mathematical analysis shows that such energy can be approximately 50% of the horizontally supplied energy.

Perpetual motion energy machine that created energy from nowhere is theoretically impossible.

Lead-Out Energy Machines that lead-out available gravitational energy is possible and does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

In your many slides related to the moving of the pendulum bob from position A to position B, you emphasized that different work or energy was involved even though the end result was the same.

Can you discuss the significance of this statement?

In Physics, work done or energy spent could be determined by the product of force times displacement.

If the force is constant and the displacement is in the direction of the force, the calculation is simple. However, the force and the displacement may vary in actual physical situtation. The more complicated technique of integration may need to be used. If the force and/or the displacement functions cannot be defined mathematically, we may have to observe the actual motion and take the necessary measurements. We cannot rely on the simple energy equation as energy can be converted into other forms such as heat, sound, etc.

The six different ways of moving the pendulum bob from position A to position B were discussed in the slides. It is clear that different forces and different energies were involved.

However, so long as there is tension in the pendulum string, work will be done via the string. This work enters the pendulum system. In our terminology, we say that energy is lead-out into the pendulum system.

We can calculate the amount of work in specific cases. In the case of a horizontal pull at small angles (less than 15 degrees), the vertical gravitational energy lead-out is approximately 50% of the supplied horizontal energy.

If 50% of gravitational energy can be lead-out, is the following scenario correct:

(1) 100 units of horizontal pull energy is supplied to the pendulum bob.
(2) 50 units of gravitational energy is lead-out.
(3) The effective input of energy into the pendulum system is 150 units.
(4) If there were no loss of energy inside the pendulum system, the output energy will be 150 units.
(5) If 100 units of the 150 units of output energy were fed back into the input and repeat from (1), we could keep leading out the 50 units of gravitational energy to do work.

If so, the Lead-Out energy machine, after starting, may not need any external input energy. It can just use the Lead-Out energies to do useful work. Is this theoretically possible?

Yes. The requirement of the Lead-out energy machines are:

(1) Some starting energy is needed.
(2) There must be a Lead-Out energy mechanism.
(3) The loss of energy inside the machine must be less than the Lead-Out energy.
(4) There must be a feed-back mechanism so that the cycle can start from (1) again.
(5) There must be a control mechanism to adjust the output energy according to the external load.

In reality, some inventors already developed prototypes without understading the above theory. They got rejected by the patent offices and the established scientific community (becaue they could not explain the source of energy for their inventions).

Examples include Newman and Bedini in USA; Dr. Liang and Wang Shenhe in China.

Yes. The leading out of magnetic energy is the secret behind many of the known over-unity inventions. Examples are: Newman and Bedini machines in USA; Dr. Liang and Wang Shenhe machines in China.

The best known example is the 225 HP Pulse Motor funded by the Jupiter Group in USA.

What you are saying is that - a pulse-rotated wheel by electromagnets and magnets can lead-out magnetic energy.

Where does the magnetic energy come from? Is it the energy used to creat the permanent magnets?

When an electron move in a circular orbit, it produces a magnetic field. There are electrons associated with every atom. There are zillions of atoms in every average object.

In normal cases, the electrons are oriented in random directions and the magnet effects cancel each other.

In special cases such as ferromagnetic materials and electromagnets, the orientation of the electron motion is such that a large net magnetic effect is observed.

In other words, when we lead-out magnetic energy, we are effectively leading-out electron motion energy. Such electron motion energy is abundant and present in all objects.

Another way of saying is - we are using atomic energy. However, the atomic energy is not from the nuclei but from the surrouding electrons. It is much saver and much less polluting.

There is constant exchange of such electron motion energy with the surrounding in the form of light, electromagnetic waves, black body radiation etc. Thus we do not normally observe a decrease in such energy in a device.

This electron motion energy is even better than gravitational energy because we can control both its magnitude and direction.

With lead-out energy machines, the physics textbooks must be updated and enhanced.

Correct. In particular, magnetic energy is due to the orientation of the electrons. Some energy A is needed to orientate the electrons. This energy A is very different from the energy B that can be used to do work because of the resulting magnetism.

In order words, Energy A leads-out Energy B to do work. The sum of Energy A plus Energy B will be greater than Energy A alone. If a lead-out energy machine is designed to feed back some of the output energy (theoretically equal to Energy A + B), the Feedback energy can again lead-out more energy.

In other words, after starting, the lead-out energy machine can continuously lead-out more energy without any more external energy.

We can discuss the Adams or the 225 HP Pulse Motor funded by the Jupiter Group in USA in greater detail.

Many inventors including Newman, Bedini, Adams, Liang etc discovered that Pulsing DC Current appeared to provide more output energy than input energy.

However, they did not have the correct lead-out theory to guide them - the lead-out energy can be more than 50% if the pulsing is applied tangentially and at the right frequency.

Many inventors in China are now experimenting the Pulsing Motor with the guidance of the Lead-out theory. Two of them are in contact with me. They may be willing to share their results with the World.

This is the Tong Po Chi brushless pulse motor. There are four magnets on the rim of a wooden wheel. Note that the wheel is started by hand. When a magnet passes close to the magnetic sensor, the sensor will send a signal to trigger the current to the pulse coil.

The pulse coil will repel a magnet causing clockwise rotation of the wooden wheel. Thus there will be 4 pulses per revolution. The duration of the pulse will be short as the sensor will cut off the trigger once the magnet passes away. This is exactly what we are looking for.

The Lee-Tseung lead-out theory predicts that gravitational and magnetic (electron motion energy) will be lead-out by such a pulsing mechanism.

This Tong Po Chi wooden wheel is the first of many prototypes to confirm the Lee-Tseung theory. It will accelerate until the frictional force from the axle balances that from the pulsing current. (Or the electrical components got burnt as happened in a few cases,)

The planned date to demonstrate that Input plus lead-out energy is greater than output energy is on May 28, 2009. This will be the first time the device is shown to outsiders.

The second video shows the measurement of the input energy and the output energy. The input energy is 12 volts at 2 amps (24 watts). However, because of the pulsing only 1/8 of that energy is used (3 watts).
The output energy is 60 volts at approximately 0.8 amps from 12 collector coils (48 watts). The overunity factor is 48/3 or 16.
We think we can improve on that figure

The Tong Po Chi Pulse Motor Characteristics
1. The Pulse Rate is variable. It will start from zero after the figure moves one of the magnets pass the sensor.
2. In theory, the rotational speed will keep accelerating. In practice, the frictional force at the axle will increase rapidly with the rotational speed. The final rotational speed will depend on the balance of the Pulse force and that at the axle (more correctly, the torque).
3. There should be an external load to drain away the battery supplied and the lead-out energy. If not, the electronics will burnt (5 relays were burnt before we understood the problem).
4. If there were no external load, the lead-out energy will help to accelerate the wheel. Thus we can get an over unity factor much greater than 1.5 as calculated from the case of the Pendulum.
5. If the external load were too high, the wheel will slow down. The lead-out-energy will rapidly decrease as it is rotational speed dependent.
6. The best configuration is likely to be drive and collection coils are identical in construction and can be interchanged under program control.
7. The 1 meter diameter 225HP Pulse motor has 9 slices. Thus each slice can produce more than 20 Horse Power.
8. Experiments have shown that the addition of an external magnetic field can increase the output. The only known explanation is the Lee-Tseung lead-out energy theory.
9. The chance of producing a self looped pulse motor is very high. In other words, after starting, there is no more need for external energy supply.
10. The aim is to produce a 5KW pulse motor for the average home. The existing prototype can generate 50 watts. We need to increase its output 100 times.
