Look a few years back about Angela Camacho and John Rubio; they could have used SAFE HAVEN with out killing their kids. How many more. I have tried to discuss this with 2 people from a competiter here in the valley and not a reply from anyone. I need help to take this SAFE HAVEN law nationwide and I do not know how to do it, again I need help I am reaching 9out to you. If you can't, can you give me information who I can contact?
