Late enrollment because of living abroad? - I had Medicare A & B in 1995, but was not yet 65. In 2000 I moved out of the U.S. and was living abroad when I turned 65; therefore, I could not apply for a Medigap policy. Now I am returning to live in the U.S. permanently. Will I be able to get a Medigap policy now?
