I have found two newspaper articles (Canadian and U.S.A.) relating to the hanging of a Battle of Britain Commemorative lace panel in the Guildhall in September 1948.
This panel is one of 38 that were made by Dobsons & M.Browne in Nottingham.
One of the scenes shows the damage done to the Guildhall during the Blitz.
Can anyone advise on the occasion of the hanging and the source of the lace panel?
