I am an RF engineer and have lived in Shreveport many years. Channel 6 has been a problem as long as I can remember; always the weakest signal and worst reception FOR YEARS. The audio has also been louder than all other stations, I am sure against FCC rules. Why are we forced to hear about the hick town of texarkana and all the stupid things there? NBC is taking a loss by using this sorry station and driving many people from their network which is not that bad in most markets. With the change to digital the audio was fixed and lower than the other stations for a while. The digital signal is (guess what)lower than any other station in the area. They are ultimate cheap skates and should stick to small rural towns and let someone else provide NBC to Shreveport.

Why cant ktal get it together? I can receive all other local channels, but , can you believe it , good ole channel six cant swing it to make themselves seen or heard without cable or sattelite.It must be so difficult to keep up with channel 3 or 12, or at least it has for the last 40 years
