Bioequivalence study on Venlafaxine XR capsules in fasting conditions is not recommended by US-FDA because of safety issues (Nausea & Vomiting). Apart from US-FDA regualtory recommendations, Can anyone provide me, some information or any data on safety issues for justifying its nonconductance of BE in fasting state in healthy volunteers.
