Just wondering if anyone knows a way to track a package once customs gets it. It seems as soon as they recieve it they drop the ball on all tracking. My package last time only took 3 days after it reached customs and now its much further past that amount of time.

Is there an address and phone number, preferably a phone number since I live in IL and dont plan a trip to NY in the near future.

Any help would be appriciated
