I've noticed that a lot of Puerto Rican live in Spain, my question how can one live in Spain being of Puerto Rican decent. Both my parents were born in PR and my paternal great-grandfather came from Spain. My grandfather was also born in Spain however when PR came under the USA they were forced to register themselves as being born in PR. How can one obtain documentation to prove/obtain dual citizenship from USA and Spain.
