I've got a '76 (?) 850 that won't start. It's got spark, a rebuilt carb and head. There is intermittant fire but not enough to run. There also doesn't seem to be adequate fuel reaching the cylinders...

I've got a '67 850 that won't start. It's got spark, a rebuilt carb and head. There is intermittant fire but not enough to run. There also doesn't seem to be adequate fuel reaching the cylinders although the electric fuel pump pushes fuel to the carb.

Any thoughts?
