First off, Betsy can be such a rotten, spoiled jerk under stress, not that she wouldn't be any different on a normal day. To be honest, I can't believe how weak of a stomach Betsy has when it comes to seeing a swarm of flies. Last, but not least, when Mark tries to cheer everybody up, make them laugh, and change the subject, all at the same time, would be a great accomplishment for him, seeing that he rarely multitasks and and succeds at all that he's doing.

It is pretty sick that Betsy can't handle a swarm of flies but she can handle her friend murdering two people which possibly could have been three and she doesn't do anything whatsoever about it.
