1 metor fencing/gates adjacent to a highway is normally to do with not having vision or splay obscured.
I want to install 1.8 meterhigh gates that span 6 foot wide.
so in my case my boundary wall is 18 foot from the kerb with a hard standing for a car. A2 Meter grass verge exist from my boundary wall. a long the boundary is a 6 foot high established hedge.
When i entry and exit my drive my view and splay is not obscured as i have very cear vison from all sides of the road. The road is a C cat road with minimal traffic at the end of my village
what about if i come in 2 meters from my boundary wall on to my driveway, could i do this under PD.
