Is this a common thing in Garmisch?
I'm 63 years old . Last Friday we ariived in Garmisch as tourists . I was astonished by the most unwarm and arrogant attitude of a young woman in a bakery called "Pane" at the center of the town.Before we sat down for coffee, I asked if I could use the toilet before coffee. The young lady raised her voice in front of other costumers and said :" No! We only allow those who buy and pay before the toilet'" At that point it was clear that we would not have coffee at such a place. I travel to Germany every year . I had never experienced such a unwarm and ungly way of TALKING TO PEOPLE, to potential costumers.
I returned to my country with a very bad feeling .
This had never happened to me before.
