Is there anyone else being threatened with a Collection Agency by Gevalia. I met my contract, completed the terms completely, cancelled, and paid off the account. Gevalia send me one more package. I refused delivery, so it was returned to the sender. Gevalia credits me for the coffee, but chartges me $5.95 for the shipping and handling. I have spent over $20.00 trying to get them to acknowledge their error. No luck. Now I have threats of Collection agency in New York if i do not pay up the $5.95. So i have paid in protest, and I want everyone else who bought into Gevalia's coffee program to know what is coming at them at the end. Enjoy your coffee. Personaly, I didn't find it that great, and now the end definitely leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth.
