Is the bridge over the Ohio on Hwy. 60 still closed. The last time I went that way you had to go into Cairo as the first bridge was closed. So I am wondering if, since the flooding, you are still able to go through Cairo to get to the Mississippi bridge crossing and continue to Paducah on Hwy. 60?
