Is it true that RAPE goes unpunished in most cases under Islamic Law?
I understand this is an unintentional consequence of Islamic laws but this promotes and incites rape.
Every Muslim man knows he can rape with no consequence
Every Muslim woman knows she risk her life by accusing a man of rape.
Just my opinion based on my own research.
Where am I wrong?
