Is it possible to convert .mrc 3D Chimera images to file formats that can be imported into Google SketchUp. I am trying to create a 3D model for presentations using SketchUp. I want to use a 3D structure of a multiprotein complex we have previously obtained as a shell to position either actual 3D structures of proteins from PDB or spherical representations of proteins. I apologize in advance that I am a molecular biologist and a novice at structural analysis.
